We are currently looking for:

Technical Writer

Plans and writes IT security documentation for Government projects including Security Plans, Policies and Procedures. Scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects. Reads project-related documentation and NIST Standards. May work on more than one project at a time and own information development plans for assigned projects. Understands publication process and how it fits into the business. Builds internal and external relationships that facilitate the achievement of job/role, such as relationships with clients, security engineers, and account managers. Commits to schedules. Excellent writing skills creating policies, procedures and technical documentation.. Basic knowledge of enterprise networking concepts and IT security concepts. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Minimum 1-year experience creating technical documents.

Security Analyst

As a member of the IT Security team, you will contribute to the complete product life cycle implementation of security solutions. This position requires strong IT security experience in the Federal sector. The candidate must be able to show clear project and technical leadership capabilities. Excellent writing and communications skills required. CISSP required with 4 years experience working on Federal Government IT Security projects, including C&A, ST&E, Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, and Risk Management.

Security Engineer

  • Local to Washington DC metro area but willing to travel
  • At least five years experience in information security
  • Vulnerability Assessment / Vulnerability scanning experience. Familiar with multiple scanning / vulnerability assessment tools (such as Internet Security Scanner, Retina, nmap, Nessus, Snort)
  • Extensive systems security experience, including scanning, hardening and configuring systems. (combination of Windows, Solaris, RedHat,)
    Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco networking and security products
  • Has in depth internetworking infrastructure development and deployment experience. (For example, routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, HTTP, FTP, LAN, WAN, RIP, OSPF, BGP, etc.).
  • Proven consulting skills, excellent writing and communications skills.
  • Certifications such as: CISSP, Cisco, SANS, GIAC
